- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Inconsistent. Aides sometimes don't show and their office knows and still do not contact patient or family. Just happened again. Some aides are very poorly trained and do minimal to nothing. If you finally get someone that stays at the company for more than a couple weeks they just float them around. When patients and aides finally get things into a system, they change the aide. There are so many other grievances with this company. Terrible.February 06, 2017by David Stuart
