- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Claudia and another gentleman were extremely rude and condescending. As part of my job, I call insurances daily for simple insurance binders on auto loans which normally only take 15 min max. I had to call and email these folks for a week before obtaining the one doc that I needed. These people are very unprofessional and unfriendly, I only hope they dont treat their customers the same.
