  Dr. Robinson is very professional and personable. He clearly explained what he was going to do, and what he was doing. I was given very helpful and pain free treatment, and helpful advice to prevent future nose bleeds.

  Dr. Gates performed thyroid surgery for me 2 years ago. I saw him 2 weeks ago for sinus problems. He was efficient, professional, and answered every single question patiently...there were a lot of them. His caring attitude, great eye contact and specific instructions make him one of my top rated doctors!

  Dr. Gates has done several surgeries on my ear and I have been a patient of his for 20+ years. He has taken excellent care of my "problem" ear and I have complete faith in him. Always takes the time to explain everything to me, patiently answers all of my questions and is kind and compassionate. His nurse is helpful and quick to return phone calls and the office staff are professional and friendly.

  I have been seeing Dr. Gates for nearly 15 years for everything from sinus surgery, tinnitus, facial mole removal & most recently for a facial cosmetic procedure. Without a doubt, he is the best! His entire staff is simply awesome & I highly recommend them at every opportunity! If every doctor/surgeon was as knowledgeable, competent & professional as Dr. Gates it would be a pleasure to go to the doctor!
